I love to dip dye paper in tea and coffee mixtures and I have been wanting to experiment with natural dyes for a long time. This exhibition , ‘Raw Color’, using vegetable to make the dyes is so beautiful it may be the push I need! (more…)

I am going through a gray phase. It’s like chocolate everything is better with it, and you can’t go wrong. My favorite color combinations are gray and banana(pantone fall color), gray and turquoise, and gray and a red orange.  I just purchased a new sofa and it’s like a new romance. Everyday when I see it I let out a little sigh.  It is made of a gray washed linen type fabric, stuffed with down, with a clean modern frame, and big enough for my whole family to have movie night on. Indulge in gray!
