Walking so much of the day visiting museums is exhausting, and really works up an appetite. With Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan and Georgetown surrounding our hotel, the Hilton, we had a great time trying out our options.

I recently made my first trip to Washington DC, and while I knew I would have a great time, I never expected to fall in love with the city. I do not know if it is the availability of so many museums, or the historical factor, but my city love consisted of months of daydreaming about packing up and moving. I have decided to document this love affair, beginning with where I stayed.
This is a series of ads I designed for the European market. My inspiration was taken from the idea that even though this is a large industry and naphthenic oils are used in huge refineries they are also in small everyday products.
